Eisele Greenhouse Return Policy & Plant Warranties

Eisele Greenhouse does offer returns, exchanges and plant warranties on the plants we grow.  We strive to provide the highest of quality annuals and perennials to our customers.  We encourage you to give us a call at 952-432-7435, email us at tim.eisele@eiselegreenhouse.com or stop by the greenhouse with any problems that you may have.  We want our customers to have a successful growing season and we strive to ensure that every customer has a great experience with our products. Our return policy and plant warranties are as follows.

 

Annuals & Perennials Return Policy

We offer a one-week return/exchange policy on all of our annuals & perennials with proof of purchase (credit card used or receipt) and the plant must be returned in the same condition it was sold.  If you are unsure if your purchase falls within these parameters, we encourage you to stop by the greenhouse or give us a call.

 

Annuals Warranty

We warranty our annuals for one week from purchase date under proper care.  We will provide a one-time replacement of the annual(s) purchased.  Proof of purchase (credit card used or receipt) as well as the product itself or a clear image of the product is required.  Eisele Greenhouse is not responsible for weather related events or lack of proper care.  We encourage you to stop by or give us a call if you are having issues with your annuals.  We strive to make sure all of our customers have a successful growing season and will make sure to do all that we can to help you with your flowers.

Perennials Warranty

We warranty our perennials for one year from date of purchase.  We require both a proof of purchase (credit card used or receipt) as well as either a clear photo of the plant or the plant material itself.   You will be given a one-time replacement for the perennial you purchased or one of equal value.
